Realogy, a parent company for some of the biggest real estate brands in the world, was making big moves, but their legacy branding wasn’t keeping up—in fact it was holding them back. The industry was, and is, in a state of disruption, with new players in tech increasing their influence. Anchored in a traditional model, but rapidly expanding into the tech space, Realogy needed to signal their reinvention for the times, while maintaining their core strength, with a new name and identity.
Hybrid worked with a wide range of stakeholders to rename and rebrand as Anywhere, signaling the brands scale, reach and rock solid fundamentals. The resulting brand system brings their core strengths to the surface and makes space for the brand to be agile in the fast changing real estate landscape
